The Citizen Corps is a group of citizens that promote the mission of the Red Cross by working within their own group to meet emergent needs such as Weather Disasters, Closed roads, Evacuation, Chemical Spills, Disease Outbreak, Crime and Terrorism by providing Emergency Personnel, Community Organization and Individuals.
